About Founding Team & Advisors :

Role description :

- Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic channel partner sales and go-to- market plans

- Develop strategic alliances framework and plan to support lines of business

- Research, establish and develop new strategic alliances and partnerships

- Plan and manage contracts, messaging, product integration, and go to market plans with partner

- Develop and manage governance model and business plan with partners

- Sustain, manage and cultivate relationship with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new opportunities

- Interacting with CXO- s/Partners/Directors in Target Organizations.

- Build strong interpersonal relationships with key client decision-makers (middle/senior management)

- Secure appointments, develop proposals, make presentations and negotiate business deal points to contract completion

- Make effective sales presentations based on the identified needs of the prospects and handling negotiations effectively and pitch to CXO level audience

- Coordinate with product and operations and with corporate business management teams.

Basic requirement :

Fresher from Tier 1 college would be preferred

- Strategy and business dialogue: be able to establish and maintain connection with C-level customer, participate in C-level customer presentations/speeches through high-level forum, project workshop etc.

- Experience in areas of business consulting or strategic planning, marketing analysis, business development or Operations.

- Analytical and capable of presenting complex situations in a simple manner

- Understand the commercial vehicle industry and user behavior. Able to identify, analyze, assess the impact of external and internal trends; produce insights and practical recommendations

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Impact driven: Self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented

- Experience in Business Development in Technology is an added advantage

- Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills
