Role : Manager - Analytics

Manager - Analytics are active participants in creating and delivering solutions for our teams.

- You will identify, develop and deliver key analytics projects that will make significant impact to the company and fleet management in India.

- You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design and define performance metrics and goals.

- You will be responsible for modelling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools and methods

- You will work with different lines of business to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness

As a manager, you guide the way for our analysts

Excellent analytical abilities :

- Data driven and understanding of key analytical techniques

- Strong background of working on analytical tools like R, SAS, SQL and Excel

- People management skills : Ability to build, lead and mentor analysts

Responsibilities :

- Support in developing advanced statistical models that relate marketing/sales/operational activities to financial results

- Leverage optimization techniques to guide teams to improve productivity and measure output

- Act as an Analytics Evangelist within the firm to drive more teams to adopt data driven thinking

- Support and design custom analysis tools in applications such as Visual Basic, MS Excel, R and other analytics and BI tools

- Synthesize and communicate results to teams

- Gain immediate responsibility and ownership for tasks

- Take initiative to advance your analytic and problem solving skills and train direct reports

Qualifications :

LocoNav welcomes candidates for the analyst position from any engineering discipline. The common denominator in an individual's success is a strong academic record, a stated interest in working with business, and evidence of superior analytic skills.

- 4-5 years of analytics experience preferably a consulting firm

- Managed teams of 2-3 analysts; Handled multiple projects

- Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline, MIS, or other relevant degree

- Demonstrated record of academic success
