Title: Head Product & Customer Marketing Role Summary : LocoNav is growing exponentially and we are looking for an individual who can create a bridge between Product, Tech, Marketing, Strategy and Sales to plan and execute marketing strategies to launch new products and features while also helping drive conversion of prospects and retention marketing for customer loyalty. This role is a unique combination of owning two key stages of the consumer cohorts - Prospects and Customers - end to end and spans pre-Sales and post-sales marketing. Responsibilities : - Creation and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns to position our products as solutions for our customers and partners worldwide. - Identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and helping drive product roadmap milestones. - Perform market and competitive research, pricing, and analysis to develop strategies that bolster our products' position in the market. - Partner with product development and engineering teams through the complete product development cycle to help create our communication strategies for our platform, sales, and customer success teams. - Developing marketing strategy and execution plans to enable the sales & partnerships teams to convert more customers. - Work with Brand, Product and Creative Marketing teams to help sales cross-sell and upsell products and services - Build long-term relationships with clients resulting in retention and recurring revenue - Ensure the singularity of our brands' promise, look & feel and tone & manner across every initiative. Qualifications & Skills : - 12-16 years of experience in SaaS Product Marketing or Technology Product Marketing (Durables, Mobiles, Automobiles etc) - Experience in marketing strategy and execution to stakeholders for SaaS / Technical products / services - Stellar presentation & communication skills. - A self-starter. Hands on with the attitude to get things done in a fast paced startup environment - Post Grad (MBA) with a B.Tech / Engg background - Any experience in international marketing is preferred.
