Title: Head of Key Initiatives and Marketing Program Management, LocoNav Inc Role Summary LocoNav is growing exponentially and we're in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our Chief Marketing Officer as Chief of Staff. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the Marketing organization based on the priorities of the CMO. The Chief of Staff will also handle day-to-day management of projects, people, and program management of the Marketing deliverables needed for growing the business around the world. Responsibilities - Act as an adviser to the CMO and senior marketing team members - Assist the CMO in facilitating effective decision-making. - Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives. - Participate in cross-functional and external meetings to help frame strategic initiatives and help drive them with leaders across the organization. - Assess inquiries directed to the CMO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage. - Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved. - Program manage cross-functional marketing projects with the sub-functions within marketing as well as the larger organization and external partners.
