Locofast Online Services Private Limited operates under the brand name - Locofast- & today is one of the fastest growing B2B companies in the textiles space. The company connects textile manufacturers (mills, manufacturers) to customers (brands, buying houses) both in India & internationally. It integrates technology to the core transaction flow & delivers industry best pricing & turnaround time for textile products. The century old textile industry has been untouched by any disruption leave alone technological disruption. At Locofast, we are driven to do exactly that & today have an opportunity to create a very large impact in an extremely large industry.

Founders & Investors:

- The company in a short span of time (little over two years) has raised two rounds of funding, most recently one large round of Series B financing (to be announced soon). The company is backed by some of the most marquee investors that have been backed by landmark companies such as,, Lenskart.and com, Cult. fit, Bounce, Gomechanic & others.

- The company is founded by second-time entrepreneurs who have demonstrated the ability to build and scale businesses in the past. The profile of the founder can be seen here - Deepak was previously the founder of WeAreHolidays, a B2C platform for travelers. The founders come with deep expertise in building & scaling marketplaces.

Current team:

- Locofast currently has more than 120+ employees across its four offices in India & abroad. The scale-up planned over the next 6 months is to the tune of 250+ people across these offices &few more that the company intends to set up in the near future. The scale-up plan for the next six months is to diversify the team to 250+ people across these

Role & Responsibilities:

- This role is responsible to attract and select the best-in-class talent (Non-Tech hiring) from our target industry segments. Build the company's professional network.

- Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Advice hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes.

- Identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.

- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)

- Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team, relevant stakeholders and recruiters.

- Taking initiatives in organizing recruitment drives and assisting in hiring resources for critical requirements while keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

- Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process.

- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).

- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand and employee referrals.

- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

You should have:

- Proven work experience in Non Tech (Leadership and Volume Hiring).

- Ability to identify and pursue best candidates with fitment to the culture of the company.

- Ability to draw up a long-term staffing plan and work to filling it in a time bound manner.

- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.

- Experience working for Job consultancy/start-up for Tech/Non Tech hiring.

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- MBA with 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition (with a fast-growing set-up start-up exposure preferred).
