Position : PROJECT MANAGER

Experience : Candidate must have 2 - 5 years of proven experience working in a collaborative customer- focused environment

Pre-requisites : Must have handled implementation of technology solution in a reputed Real Estate/Facility Management company

Description :

This role demands real passion for technological innovations happening in facility management, principled thinking, well-honed product judgment, a high design bar and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backwards. We are looking for a product manager (owner) who is entrepreneurial and has focus on right execution of our solution at our rapidly growing sites.

Responsibilities :

- This position will work with operational managers who are handling different sites; hence, it is very important that one should be able to relate operations with our existing solutions.

- Acquiring new clients : Implementing tech solutions at our existing client sites and be a front runner in helping Business development for client acquisition via our offerings

- Understand client needs and upcoming requirements and customize the Tech solution accordingly by working closely with the Developer.

- Creating required documents - Learning from competitor offerings, documents and SOPs for guiding different stakeholders for smooth functioning of sites, presenting analytics and dashboards generated to management

- This position will be expected to manage cross-functional and cross-organization relationships (with tech solution providers, operations team, etc), work with IT/business teams, negotiate IT business demands and communicate IT direction to leadership, project, and functional heads

- Training Site team

- As the main stakeholders are property managers, helpdesk managers at site. Hence, it is very important that the product owners trains and retrain them well.

Skill Set needed :

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project).

- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills.

- Experience in Business process mapping

- Functional knowledge of ERP packages would be a plus

- Adaptability for changes in business processes

- Understand our business and the drivers of change in our environment
