Job Description -&nbsp; - Provide onsite, executive leadership support for all Chennai based associates, including scaling up hiring onsite - Opportunity to directly run an end to end component of our Platform - Support and lead technical conversations, including architecture review, code review, and drive SDLC process as required - Lead full cycle development of strategic initiatives and provide overall technical guidance to all teams - Cultivates strong culture and engagement at the site, and ensures associates are committed and excited about their work - Work collaboratively with all horizontal leaders to invest in and develop rising talent in Chennai - Be the bridge for technology and the business; create a linkage between technology development and commercial outcomes Specifications : - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - 10+ years experience in developing scalable enterprise platforms with deep experience in leading teams in agile software development practices and DevOps - 5+ years global experience in design, development, and delivery of technical solutions in a platform environment - Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms and designing for performance, scalability and availability - Excellent experience in designing and building multithreaded distributed systems - Thrives in a fast paced, high-pressure environment and enjoys being challenged - Strong interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior executives - Strong capability to attract, invest, and grow talent in their teams
