Location Head - Operations - Chemical Firm (22-30 yrs)
We are currently looking for a Site Head - Operations at the level of Associate Vice President - Operations to take end to end responsibility for the manufacturing function @ Gujarat.
- The role will require a strong manufacturing and operations background in the industrial chemicals business.
- Since the responsibilities cover the manufacturing operations function for the entire location @ Gujarat the supporting functions of process engineer, maintenance, quality, EHS, etc. will report to this senior professional.
- The role will require a good chemical engineering degree with an experience of approx. 22 + years in the manufacturing function, the bulk of which should have been in industrial chemicals.
- This is a leadership position and reports to the President - Manufacturing who is based @ Mumbai. The role will require familiarity with the work culture, environment, and language in Gujarat to ensure an appropriate fitment based on the role and the location.
