Education: MBA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving monthly business volumes for personal loan in assigned markets.
2. Lead generation through local activities, roadshows, market mapping/ combing etc.
3. Driving sales closures through customer interactions.
4. Conducting activities at SMEs and corporates through tie-ups with CXOs.
5. Leading a team of on-roll relationship managers.
6. Sales planning and execution.
