Location Head - Embassy Business & Diplomatic Missions - Bank (10-16 yrs)
- The prime responsibility is to lead a team of RM's and Sr. RM's to build/Increase penetration in the Embassies/ Diplomatic Missions/Un offices/Trade Commissions/Cultural centres/Foreign companies and related entities by interacting & liaison with Ambassadors/High Commissioners/Head of the Missions and Diplomats in various embassies/missions and international organizations.
- To manage the existing clients and increase the valet share of their business numbers, source new business & offer financial solutions for their needs.
- To ensure promotion and building of our brand in all embassies and international organizations (Cultural Attach- /Military Attach- /High Commission/UN offices) through active relationship management with top officials.
- Liaising with branches, to source embassy business and also provide customized product support to branches involved in generation of leads.
- Head and manage the day to day service requirements of these high profile clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of forex, inward/outward remittances, and knowledge of various products including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.
- Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills - Ability to speak with conviction using data and logic.
- Analytical - Ability to break the complex issues into smaller more manageable chunks, ability to look at trends and interrelationships, ability to understand the underlying needs of the clients.
- Process orientation- Ability to manage information in structured and systematic manner.
- Candidate should have a banking experience of over 10 years and at least 4-5 years of managing a team in the field of Institutional Banking, Priority or Wealth clients.
- MBA/Post graduate preferred
- Total experience - More than 10 years out of which should be in team leading role for 3-4 years.
