- Managing a team of 4 sales managers and 18 account managers for driving Corp Sal biz.
- Onboard new corporates for salary accounts and associate products thus increase channel size
- Development in business and relation by regular interaction with business heads and key decision makers
- Achieve cross sell targets and value addition
- Identifying potential areas for daily sales calls for the team
- Monitoring team performance, training and giving inputs for better performance
- Giving presentations at corporate inductions for their new joiners
- Guiding team towards higher penetration through presentations, activities like help desk, customer meets
- Achieve a higher CASA balance / AQB by cross selling banks products to corporate employees
- Activate dormant corporate relationships. Ensure salary upload as per TAT
- Achieve sales numbers from channels like HL, KMPL, KSEC, BL, and PL
- Interact with different channel sales heads regularly for higher penetration from their channels
- Achieve a high TAT on productivity parameter
