Salary Range: 5-8 LPA with incentives based on target achievement
Location: Delhi/NCR
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify strategic partners, co-marketing partnerships for enrollment, collaboration, partnerships, joint promotions, Events, tie-ups, branding
- Develop and manage all aspects of relationships with partners - identification, enrollment, collaboration / engagement programs, promotion, event management (as applicable), reporting.
- Be a thought partner/leader on business and market development strategy within the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of alliance/ partner engagement experience driving strategic partnerships that drive growth including deals, co-marketing partnerships etc.
- Extensive experience in initiating and executing partner relationship efforts including deal structuring, negotiations, joint promotions, marketing, event management etc.
- Have a flair and attitude for sales, business pitches to clients, deal closures, working with partners for promotions, deals
- Sharp and street smart skills to be able to identify new markets and opportunities.
- Preferably from media/travel/hospitality / Entertainment sector
- Good command over English and Hindi.
- Willing to work in a startup environment with great learning potential and fast growth
- Negotiate fiercely and close deals within timelines, A go-getter when it comes to targets at the same time enabling and building relationships.
- Comfortable with autonomy and uncertainty.
