LoB Head/Senior Program Manager for Retirement Services & Benefits


Location: Bangalore

Reports to: Business Head

Purpose of the Job

This role will be responsible for the establishing, scaling and growth of Retirement Services (RS) & Employee Benefits (EB) Technology Services & Solutions business. The role will be accountable for building capability, delivery with high quality and meeting financial goals

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and work towards driving results based on defined organizational objectives

- Understand organization culture, lead by example and enable its practice by teams, in spirit

- Strategic alignment with client's RS & EB senior leadership team vision, initiatives and priorities

- Based on annual and quarterly demand, develop a holistic execution plan that encompasses talent scaling, capability development, quality focus and profitability

- Experience in leading programs involving multiple technology stack covering technologies like J2EE, .NET, Mainframe in a global delivery model

- Accountable for delivering quality, cost-effective solutions & services that meet or exceed defined service levels, leveraging innovative approaches & technology

- Nurture and build teams with strong domain and technology capabilities aligned to the needs of Retirement Services and Employee Benefits lines of business

- Nurture and enable collaboration withing technology project teams as well as explore and leverage synergies from collaborating with business process management teams

- Work with other Program Managers/LoB Heads to identify and manage opportunities, dependencies & risks

- Setup and drive periodic reviews with internally and externally

Skills & Competencies :

- 14+ years experience with at least 3+ years in delivery/program management

- 3+ years experience in technology services for US Retirement Services & Employee Benefits industry

- Strong people management, program governance

- Excellent communication and client management skills

- Track record of strong program management for large program organization (Team size of 100-150)

- Ability to build and rapidly scale teams, drive a culture of learning, innovation and value creation
