Head | Fund Raising (Equity & Debt) - Loanbaba

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Fundraising/Investment Banking professional to spearhead the Fundraise for our disruptive Personal Finance Company.

Responsibilities include:

- Work alongside Co-Founders for raising Equity and Debt

- Liaison with VCs/Investment Bankers/Private Investors/HNIs to raise funds.

- Ownership of Financial Model & Company collaterals for Fund Raise (Debt & Equity).

- Research, identify and prioritize potential fundraising opportunities.

- Manage Investor Relations and Reporting Functions.

- Generate ideas and identify innovative sources of fund raising opportunities.

We are growing 100% YOY and are on track to continue expanding into the $100Bn Digital Lending market.
