Loan Syndication
1. Should have an excellent relationship with PSU banks, Private Sector banks, Foreign Banks, NBFC`s, HFC`s, ARC`s, AIF`s, FPI`s, Bank Treasuries, Corporate Treasuries, Mutual Funds, Insurance companies, REITs
2. Should be able to manage and independently execute syndication on a PAN INDIA basis - across MSME, Large and Mid-corporate clients and Asset backed portfolio like Construction & Equipment Finance, Leasing, Supply Chain and Channel Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance.
3. End-to-End Deal Management viz. Sourcing and Pitching for Deals with Relationship Managers, Providing advisory for Structuring of Deals, Down-selling of loans, Liaising with Senior Banking & Finance Professionals for Deal Placement, Resolution of Queries, Deal Documentation & Deal Execution.
4. Placement of structured credit deals across different investor segments like mutual funds, Insurance, Banks, FPIs, pension and provident funds.
5. Should have an established track record for Deal Closures for all kinds of fund based and non-fund-based, structured funding like LAS, LAP, LRDs, Acquisition Funding, Promoter Funding, Equity buy-outs and Securitization and Direct Assignments and across different industry segments and sectors
6. Perform Comprehensive Due Diligence including Financial Modelling, Deal Structuring & Appraisal, Drafting & Negotiating Term Sheets & Loan Documentation with clients & other stakeholders
7. Preparation of Information Memorandum, Investor Note, Prepare & Present External & Internal pitch for Clients, Internal Committees, Board or Senior Management
8. Should be able to analyse Financial Statements, DPR`s, TEV reports, TSIRs, Valuation reports and be thorough with all the latest and relevant statutory and regulatory regulations.
9. Advanced Knowledge of Regular Microsoft Office Applications
