Job Responsibilities: 1. Loan Documentation & Syndication Support - Prepare, review, and verify loan documentation for syndicated loans to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including lenders, legal teams, and borrowers, to facilitate smooth loan syndication processes. - Assist in structuring and closing syndicated loan transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is executed properly. 2. Loan Data Validation & Accuracy - Validate and reconcile loan data, including loan terms, interest rates, fees, and payment schedules, to ensure consistency across internal systems and documentation. - Ensure accurate data entry into loan management systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed. - Monitor loan covenants, collateral, and compliance requirements to prevent errors and mitigate risks. 3. Post-Booking Certification & Loan Servicing Support - Support post-booking certification processes by verifying that syndicated loan details align with system records and executed agreements. - Conduct quality checks on booked loans, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. - Assist in managing amendments, waivers, and consents related to syndicated loan agreements. 4. Compliance & Reporting - Maintain thorough documentation of all loan transactions, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. - Generate reports on loan portfolios, identifying potential risks and discrepancies. - Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate loan documentation and data validation reports. 5.
