Loan Operations/Loan Syndication Role - BFSI (12-20 yrs)
Experience: 12-20 Years in Loan operations, loan syndication, loan origination etc is must
Team handling experience is must.
Preferable from MNC organisations only
Shift timings: 9.00 PM to 6.00 AM Should be flexible
About the Role
Manages, directly and through subordinates, operational activities for a large single functional unit or multiple sections. Works independently on moderately complex issues and projects. Manages ongoing processing efforts and is accountable to manager for unit budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and be responsible for people, process and other line of business goals.
- Decisions made at this level are critical and have potential impact towards the WFIP & WF overall financial position
- Flexibility to work in shifts, business travel (if required) & Open for lateral opportunities as per the business requirements
- Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices
- Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures
- Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department
- Interface with India and stateside managers on production, quality and security guidelines
- Conduct performance reviews
- Interpret complex data and create Business MIS
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Assistance on any Transitions
- May lead complex cross-enterprise projects resulting in enterprise wide implementation
- Support in process expansion, staffing and new hire training
- Directly manage teams comprising Team Lead/ Supervisors / Work Directors / Operations Managers and/or Individual Contributors
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Overall experience 12-15 years
- Banking/financial services industry experience
- Prior experience as a manager's Manager
