The Role : - This is a high impact opportunity where you will work closely with the founding team to build and execute on a marketing roadmap for the company's digital lending platform - Develop digital marketing strategy and campaigns to position the company as a provider of premium cutting-edge software that can transform small business lending at financial institutions - Drive awareness and significant interest in the company's products by articulating the product positioning, value proposition, and key benefits in a way that educates and excites external and internal stakeholders - Plan, coordinate and execute impactful campaigns that leverage a range of tactics - SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, events, and advertising campaigns - Run content marketing initiatives and help develop high-quality marketing collateral across multiple platforms and formats to help drive engagement, leads and revenues - Work as a partner alongside global business development and sales teams on account-based marketing - Work with a global team of consultants to deliver the highest quality marketing and PR campaigns - Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing campaign performance The Ideal Candidate : - 7-12 years of experience in a marketing role in a leading global enterprise software company - Experience in fintech or enterprise software - Comfortable working and adapting in a start-up environment - Experience in working in the US market and generating significant returns - Good at problem-solving, project management and process improvements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experienced content creator - Ability to generate high ROI from limited budgets
