The Opportunity :

You will get to play a key role in helping build a very high-profile division within a game changing SME lending platform. The main purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for driving the sales effort for closing business generated through the company's corporate partnerships

The Role :

- Plan and prepare a strategy to meet high-value team target by originating very high quality 1 crore loans from existing corporate relationships.

- Handling complete end to end processing of business loans by coordinating with SMEs, corporate partners, and internal and external stakeholders.

- Create a robust pipeline of SME clients via existing corporate linked business.

- Ability to analyze opportunities, create effective strategies for coverage, and identifying and prospecting customers.

- Monitoring adoption, operational metrics around timely disbursement and collection.

- Work closely with credit, finance, operations, and other teams to build the necessary infrastructure to support new product & partnerships.

- Recruiting, mentoring and motivating subordinates to achieve their sales targets.

The Ideal Candidate :

- Someone with 3+ years of experience in a managerial role closing business generated from the corporate partnership.

- Thorough knowledge about unsecured business loan products.

- Self-starter, process oriented and a high degree of solution orientation and perseverance.

- High integrity and ethical standards, very hard working and entrepreneurial.

- Good communication and written skills.

- Track record of constantly exceeding expectations.

- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Post graduation is preferred.
