The Opportunity :

You will get to play a meaningful role in a highly disruptive global fintech company. This role involves working closely with the management team to a) shape the product b) be part of the business development process and onboarding of clients and c) successfully roll out our no-code enterprise software product- a next generation small business lending platform targeting financial institutions globally

The Role :

- Partner with global clients, partners, cross functional teams and management to build a product roadmap that aligns customer goals to the company

- Work closely with client and in-house development team for various enhancements to the product

- Ensure that the product is in-line with stated and unstated customer expectations

- Assisting in selling and demonstration of POC of the platform at clients

- Conduct product training sessions and prepare user guide materials

- Act as a subject matter expert for small business lending to streamline and automate existing processes and workflow at clients

- Process consulting, gap analysis, requirements gathering, product training and UAT

- Managing production roll-out and post go-live activities

- Ensure seamless and consistent user experience across all features / products

- Ensure product complies with global security and data privacy compliance regulations

- Gather product requirements and enhancements, customer feedback, and market testing for the development of next generation products

Skills :

- Deep technical knowledge of small business lending systems

- Experience of product management in developing software products, process consulting with global financial institutions, selling and implementing LOS systems for US based financial institutions

- Exposure to the entire SDLC and advanced knowledge of scrum and agile principles

- Extensive experience in large and complex data transition for US banks and non-banks

The Ideal Candidate :

- Product management expertise with cloud based small business lending systems

- Prior experience in dealing with senior management

- Any experience of integrating with credit bureaus, bank statement aggregators, financial spreading providers, ACH payments, core systems, KYC and fraud check databases, or other data providers for underwriting and onboarding SME loans will be a big plus

- Good at problem solving, project management and process improvements

- Strong focus on delivering value and win-win for both parties

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA
