Loan/Debt Syndication Role - Investment Banking Vertical

- At least 3+ years experience in Loan Syndications role in Investment Banking vertical is Preferred.

- Strong financial and analytical skills to conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis, credit research, etc.

- Support the onshore bankers in preparing distribution/discussion materials viz. Information Memorandums, Pitchbooks, Invitation Letters, Teasers, Credit Memos, Underwriting Memos, etc. across a range of sectors for the clients Loans Syndication team.

- Prepare regular market updates.

- Prepare case studies, distribution database, bank & investor database.

- Build and update deal info database (pricing + documentation comparable).

- Maintain secondary trade blotter.

- Conduct ad-hoc market research.

- Manage projects & timelines to ensure high client satisfaction.

- Build and manage client relationships.

- Working knowledge of databases such as Dealogic, Loan Connector, Refiniti, Bloomberg, or any other Loan specific database is preferred.

- Well-versed with MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
