Job Role- Regional Lead/ Regional Ops Leader Reporting- BU Head/ Ops Controller As Head - B2B Supply, your responsibilities include the following 1. Responsible for the day to day ground fulfilment operations for multiple customers across the LoadShare Hubs. 2. Ensuring delivery of superior customer service, thereby establishing LoadShare as the partnerof choice for customers 3. Develop a consistent and high-quality supply partner network across multiple geographies for both PTL &amp; FTL requirements against regular business orders 4. Manage the complete life-cycle of supply partner acquisition, onboarding, regular service, and retention to drive higher margins and customer serviceability. 5. Proactive customer communication by sharing continuous update reports, troubleshooting operational issues and building an excellent working relationship with customer POCs in the specific region 6. Driving smooth operations and efficiencies through cross-functional collaboration with business development, supply, and finance team for real-time resolution of customer issues arising from ground fulfilment 7. Build an energized and productive procurement and fulfilment team in the region 8. Help design processes for client management, pricing, RFQ submissions &amp; pricing engine. 9. Help design data management systems to setup efficient billing systems, vendor pay-outs and service level tracking 10. Strategize, plan and implement logistics operation looking at future volumes Logistics Planning &amp; Warehousing 1. Manage vendors - vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, developing multiple vendors for all requirements 2. Support vendors in growth and help them deliver best service levels helping us grow our client base 3. Monitor the quality, cost, and efficiency of both the movement and storage of goods. 4. Analyze data to allow for monitoring performance and plan any necessary improvements. 5. Allocate and manage staff resources based upon changing needs 6. Serve as liaison with all internal and external partners for daily operational activities 7. Develop the business as needed by analyzing logistical problems and developing new solutions Operations &amp; Management - Execute cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures - Coordinate and plan region-wise logistic needs and allocate personnel / resources accordingly - Support in starting operations in new regions - Analyze technology and distribution network trends and implements changes as appropriate. - Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all logistics operations Desired Candidate Profile - 8 to 12 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain preferably from logistic companies - 3 to 4 years in a leadership position having delivered on significant responsibilities - Experience in managing geographically distributed teams - Experience in independent handling of clients - Extensive pan India network with transport vendors and customers
