Loadshare - Business Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS

Role and responsibility

- Play the bridge between the development team and the operations team

- Reports to the Head of Engineering, works closely with Ops head and Partner sales head

Skills required

- Highly analytical, with experience with SQL, excel modeling

- Strong written communication skills

- Software development using Java

Work experience

- 1-2 years product management experience with leading e-commerce firms

- 2-3 years experience in development coding. Ideally should have moved from the ranks from engineering to product

Educational background

- B Tech / M Tech/ MS Computer Science from top engineering colleges (IITs, BITS, NIT)

- MBA preferred though not a must

Other personal characteristics

- High energy, self driven, ability to work with limited guidance

- Has Fun with IT and systems

Compensation

- INR 10-15 Lac, plus ESOPs for the right candidates
