- Drive HR Strategies and interventions in line with business long term plans & spearheading the human resources team
- Expertise in setting up new teams and operations
- Design, implement and track employee retention program.
- Utilize strong organizational, planning and communication skills towards improving operational efficiency.
- As a HR Business Partner facilitate employee life cycle management of his/ her function/ BU and ensure smoother assimilation
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels and promote and energizing and open work environment
- Using experience, skills, and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement, and talent analytics
- To drive performance management, Employee engagement, compensation planning, etc.
- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges preferred
CTC : 16 to 20 LPA ( Fixed, Negotiable based on relevant experience and interview performance )
