Territory Manager - Sales
Key focus areas:
- P&L Owner of a cohort of Livpreneurs (~50) in a region/city
- Will be managing a team of 6 territory associates manager
- Managing sales funnel, TAT & SOP adherence, Tactical initiatives to drive sales in territory
- Developing and executing the Livpreneur Success Strategy in the territory
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure right steps to grow the respective Territory as per demand in your territory
- Enabling Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets
- Meeting (online/Offline in future) with Livpreneurs to understand & solve their concerns on a regular basis
- Build and scale a high-performing team of Livpreneurs responsible for a predictable and sustainable business
- Ownership of Client Satisfaction on all projects across the territory
