Category Manager - Furniture & Decor

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Responsible for the P&L, Category Growth, Strategy and Roadmap with ownership of the business metrics for the designated portfolio

- Catalog Development, building supply-side partners and developing long-term partner relationships

- Coordination and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders and lead projects to completion with the desired objective

- Data-driven decision-making with a structured thought-process for all tasks/projects assigned

- Strong problem-solving skills with troubleshooting abilities within desired timelines

Desired Qualifications:

- MBA from tier-1 b schools (IIMs/ISB/XLRI/FMS)

- Fresh Graduate or 2-3 years of experience

- High level of ownership and a strong Individual contributor

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
