Livspace connects its customers to a designer from our exclusive community of the best designers from across the country. The designer uses the Livspace Platform to deliver the customer her dream home.

- As Sr Category Manager, you will be responsible for improving customer experience by ensuring seamless service delivery at scale.

- Home improvement services category includes civil and allied works (eg false ceiling, painting, flooring, paneling) and non -standard furniture's (eg vanity unit) delivered by Livspace-certified contractors/professionals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Grow supply side by professional profiling, appropriate pricing and effective match-making

- Create widest breadth and depth of Contractors/Professionals, so that customers can find the right one for them for all needs, locations or price points

- Institutionalize service delivery norms

- Ensure a seamless experience for- Contractors/Professionals through processes and tech workflows

Must have qualifications :

- 3+ years of work-experience in startups, consulting or operations ;preferably in services industry

- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality

- Strong leadership and people skills

- Extremely high level of ownership

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Should be from NIT/BITS/IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI
