The Sales Strategy team is a core central leadership team that drives strategy development for sustainable and profitable growth. We help the business teams make better, fact-based decisions in areas of business selection, growth strategy, organizational alignment and other key elements related to strategy execution. We also lead the strategic planning process with actionable intelligence and thought the leadership that results in long term competitive advantage. As a Program manager in the sales strategy team, you are responsible for overseeing the achievement of large organizational business goals. You lead various central programs with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. You are a highly skilled professional who helps teams stay on schedule, on spec, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth. As a Program Manager your responsibilities will be : - Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects - Decide on suitable strategies and objectives - Coordinate cross-project activities - Create and lead cross-functional teams for various programs - Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities - Apply change, risk and resource management - Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors - Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI - Prepare reports for Business stakeholders Who you are: - You earned B.Tech or equivalent degree from a tier 1 college (IITs / NITs or abroad colleges) - You have an MBA from Tier 1 colleges in India or Abroad (IIM A,B,C,L,/ ISB / XLRI / FMS ) - You have an overall experience of 2-4 years of working (& 0-2 years post-MBA) in tier 1 consulting company (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearney, etc.) or an internet startup in a program management role - You have a structured thought process and strong analytical ability - You have strong communication and collaboration skills - You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - You have strong bias-for-action
