Operations Manager (Vendors) Qualifications - 1. 6 to 9 years- experience in Modular products manufacturing plant 2. Managed production shop floor with deep understanding of production processes and manufacturing equipment 3. Experience in implementation of production automation and planning tools for modular factories Roles and responsibility -&nbsp; 1. Will be responsible for managing production capacity to ensure high quality and timely delivery of customer orders 2. Build robust production processes with standardized inputs at vendors and incorporate best practises to maintain high quality output 3. Take ownership of meeting customer timelines through defined production processes 4. Own cost reduction initiative by improving efficiency of production process 5. Plan for capacity addition by selecting the right vendors and develop long term relationship with existing vendors 6. Continuously improve internal vendor management system for faster and reliable order processing 7. Manage vendor service levels and allocate orders as per vendor performance 8. Resolve issues escalated by installation and product design team
