Livspace is building a next-generation e-commerce platform for home decor and interior designs. The Strategy & New Initiatives team manages multiple high impact and time constrained initiatives cutting across functions. This 2-3 member team is highly metrics driven and takes an aggressive approach to problem-solving and decision making. If fast-paced startup environments and complete ownership of business deliverables excite you, you'll be at home.

As Manager, Strategy & New Initiatives you will:

- Take complete ownership of business-critical initiatives - product launches, internal process improvements, category expansion, etc.

- Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis

- As needed, contribute to the fundraising initiatives as and when they come up

- Take ownership of organizing and managing company MIS on an ongoing basis

- Ensure strict adherence to project/launch timelines

- Ensure project/launch visibility to the company leadership

Who you are:

- You earned B.Tech or equivalent degree from a tier 1 college (IITs or top colleges abroad)

- You have 2-3 years of experience working in tier 1 consulting company (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearney, etc.) or an internet startup

- You have a structured thought process and strong analytical ability

- You have strong communication and collaboration skills

- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

You know your way around these:

- Spreadsheets (full-fledged financial modelling, analysis of large datasets, etc.)

- Process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio, etc.

- Project management tools
