Designation : Manager - Operational Excellence Team : Home Improvement Services The home improvement services category which includes Civil, MEP and Fitted decor works, is a very unorganized and fragmented industry, primarily catered by micro, small and medium enterprises with extreme variations in SLAs - quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing. At Livspace these services are delivered through a complex orchestration of Livspace-certified contractor partners and professionals. Role : As Operations Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in the existing processes and workflows, proposing and implementing the appropriate solutions, designing and developing new processes which are scalable and efficient. In this role, you will be directly impacting the way operations are run on a day to day basis. Responsibilities : - Lead process improvement initiatives on designing new processes and redesigning existing ones at city/central level - Design and develop scalable processes, workflows, SOPs from scratch - Identify operation development projects basis data analysis; prioritize, initiate and drive these initiatives - Establish tracking and governance mechanisms to ensure process compliance - Collaborate with principal stakeholders (sales, validation, execution, project management teams) to ensure the processes developed are robust and inclusive of all relevant perspectives - Create business cases and present process solutions to the management Identify relevant tools and tech, perform a cost-benefit analysis and propose appropriate solutions Must have : - MBA from Premier Institutes with experience in operations design/process excellence 2-4 years of relevant experience with lean methods/ Six Sigma /Process Improvement/ Optimization - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality - Strong problem-solving skills; first principles thinking - Extremely high level of ownership - Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working with multiple stakeholders - Sound knowledge of excel, google sheets
