About Modular Operations Team: The team is responsible for successful installation of modular products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages) across India. The team works with a strategic focus on improving customer experience by improving quality levels, decreasing installation times, and minimizing costs. The team is also responsible for monitoring, mapping, tracking and performance improvement of all dependent processes across the supply chain. As Head, Process Excellence - Modular you will: - Work with the Head, Operations - Modular as an in-house consultant who is committed towards enhancing customer experience through strategic and tactical interventions. - Lead Operations Excellence programs on designing new processes and re-engineer existing ones at city/central level to improve productivity and ensure all our processes mature to handle exponential growth and complexities - Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the team's project delivery capability by providing leadership in best practices - Build governance mechanisms to ensure process compliance at city level, establish processes that facilitates continuous improvement across all verticals - Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of the business/operations together with knowledge of the business environment and process excellence concepts, methodologies and tools. - Prepare &amp; update the online repository of all process notes/SOP's with implication, a key measure to track which indicate the health of the process - Collaborate with key stakeholders across verticals to track and report progress against target - Lead adhoc/special projects that helps improve the overall experience for the team - Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis What you need to know/have : - Operations Excellence: Strong understanding of operations processes and customer experience required to maximize business - Experience of developing and implementing measurement systems, processes and procedures for complex situations - Creative thinker with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically - Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding our business, our projects, and opportunities to improve the outcomes of our strategic projects and programs - Interpersonal and leadership experience, drives for change through a strong ability to influence business partners and execute ideas through to completion Ideal candidate profile : Minimum Skills/qualifications MBA (preferred from a premier B School) in Operational/Supply Chain/Operational Research - 1 - 3 Years of Relevant Experience across Supply Chain/Manufacturing/E-Commerce/FMCG - Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required - Structured thought process and strong analytical ability - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
