Must have skills :

- Excellent communication skills

- Readiness to Learn

- Strong experience in managing pre-sales /sales teams

- Ability to work in an SLA driven environment

- Experience of working with senior management

- Ability to manage central and regional stakeholders

Responsibilities :

- Manage a 2- tier team of 25-30 executives and 2-3 team leads

- Manage the team's attendance, leaves, roster

- Responsible for hiring, training, retention and performance management of pre-sales team

- Ensure high call quality

- Directly own all operational metrics: first response time, timely follow-up, TAT, etc.

- Own sales conversion metrics

- Be a Pre-sales SPOC for central and regional teams

- Timely reporting to CMO and city heads on business updates

- Work with product, sales and strategy team to establish new processes in pre-sales

- Proactively share customer insights and suggestions to improve processes/conversion in various cities

- Manage the entire lead volume of India and it's distribution among cities

- Operational metrics (mentioned above)

- Call quality

- Team retention
