As Head, Orders & Installation - Modular you will:

- Own successful installation of modular products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages) across India

- Focus on improving customer experience by improving quality levels, decreasing installation times, and minimizing costs

- Lead, motivate, train and manage managers, supervisors, installation teams on a day to day basis

- Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis

What you need to know/have :

- Strong leadership: Hire, retain, motivate, train a team of 50+ members including managers, supervisors and installers

- Operations Excellence: Strong understanding of operations processes and customer experience required to maximize business

- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of project management and installation in at least one of the following industry: modular kitchen, modular workstations, fit-outs

Ideal candidate profile :

- Typically spent 5-10 years in an Ops leadership role in of the following industry: modular kitchen, modular workstations, fit-outs

- People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles a must)

- Structured thought process and strong analytical ability

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualification: MBA (preferred from a premier B School)
