As General Manager you will be responsible to:

- Own the PnL of your micro territory within a larger geography and drive profitability

- Run and manage the daily sales and design operations for your micro territory

- Monitor daily / weekly sales conversion funnel and drive improvements to improve funnel shape and deliver monthly targets.

- Drive sales through a team of highly skilled and driven interior designers and business managers.

- Drive the design process through a highly skilled team of design business managers to ensure the best possible TATs and CSAT is delivered to the customer

- Liaise with stakeholders like marketing, operations, product development, marketing, branding, sourcing, & finance teams

- Build SOPs to bring efficiency in the incumbent processes

- Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel

- Drive productivity of the designers and business managers

- Own the hiring and training of talent to build a highly motivated and trained team

- Build a team on strong fundamentals and vision of Livspace

- Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

- Seasoned entrepreneur / P&L owner with 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, high growth setups.

- Managed large teams.

- Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep-dive traits

- Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment

- Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come-up with elegant and scalable solutions

- Strong first principle thinking and data driven decision making is at the heart of your problem solving approach.

- Willing to go the extra 100 miles it takes to win in a super competitive market

- Innovative, resourceful, and comfortable with dynamic business requirements

Education:

- Bachelor's degree from Tier I institute

- A Master's degree is preferred from Tier I, II MBA institute
