Job Overview : You will own Performance Marketing as a channel for Singapore business and will work with the agency to deploy, monitor and strategize ad serving on Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc. Key Responsibility Area : - Develop state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies for demand generation and customer engagement across platforms with a focus on business impact - Planning digital marketing budgets on across all geographies - Efficiently deploying budgets by interfacing with the agency for optimal outputs - Partnering with internal and external creative agencies to conceptualize and implement the communication on different touchpoints - Drive efficiency with a thorough understanding of measurement tools, attribution models, and marketing funnel - Work closely with product and marketing teams to plan and execute 360-degree campaigns - Research, assess and implement best and emerging industry practices - Run experiments with clear success/failure metrics Key Skills : - Expert understanding of all marketing platforms and proficiency to pick up new trends in digital marketing - Working experience in advanced excel - Deep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation, and attribution models best aligned with the channel strategy - Strong understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies on Facebook platforms - Ability to understand business objectives and break them down into targets achievable through digital marketing. - Ability to think through the user journeys and optimize communication on all touchpoints Requirement : - Excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in Digital Marketing - Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision. - Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. - Should have a relevant industry experience of 4+ years - Should have a proven expertise in handling B2C digital marketing with a recognised brand (preferably in the tech/startup domain) and should be currently handling a monthly budget of 50L or above. - Should be currently in a role where he/she manages an internal execution team or an agency. - Should have a previous hands on experience on Facebook & Google marketing tools. - B2B marketing experience will also suit the requirements.
