The Home Services team within Livspace is looking for talented professionals to help build the best customer experience for services categories. It is an exciting opportunity to be part of the core team.

Job description:

Category Manager / Associate Category Manager (Bangalore)

- Develop customer and category understanding for different home services and define selling prices, offers and bundles

- Build rate cards considering various factors such as material, labor, vendor margins and participate in cost discussions with vendors

- Be the category expert and voice of the customer for select categories

- Work with City Sales, Operations, Vendor Management teams to deliver key cross-functional projects

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) position

Requirements

- BE/B.Tech and/or MBA from premier institutes

- 1-3 years work experience in category, operations roles

- Quick learner; good communication and commercial skills

- Prior experience in home services categories preferred

Role is based in Bangalore; currently WFH as per situation
