Job Description - Support business in building &amp; upgrading scalable processes to control risks and losses - Building risk awareness amongst functional heads and process owners by providing support and training - Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors - Creating business continuity plans to limit risks - Demonstrate discretion in the coordination of project scoping and prioritization to align with business objectives - Reporting, identifying trends, and raising issues or other opportunities around departmental processes and procedures - Acting as an owner or subject-matter expert for certain procedures and seek ways to improve said procedures over time. - MBA/CMA/CIMA with 4-5 years of relevant experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MBA/CMA/CIMA with 4-5 years of relevant experience - Lean / Six Sigma Certified will be given additional preference - Candidates with the consulting background will be preferred - Ability to present analysis and findings in a cohesive, understandable and actionable format to process and control owners - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate with all levels of management - Think critically and challenge existing controls and documentation - Effectively and efficiently interview process and controls owners to identify risks and control gaps - Reason logically, analyze and evaluate data and information, and draw appropriate conclusions - Ability to influence change in a matrix organization - Strong computer skills (e.g., proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
