Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance and Controlling Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a "Financing and Controlling manager, be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)", and demonstrate strong communication skills, self-driven motivation, and a passion for financial management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financing and Controlling Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product-based company.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in working with Zoho.
- Any experience in top accounting firms is a plus.
- Having good knowledge on exports, Income tax and GST related topics.
- Proven track record in financial management and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance.
2. Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Controlling and Reporting:
1. Establish and enforce internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
2. Generate regular financial reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
3. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
1. Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set realistic financial goals.
2. Track budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Compliance and Risk Management:
1. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
2. Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Team Leadership:
1. Supervise and mentor finance and accounting team members.
2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
