Livguard Energy - Regional Sales Excellence Manager (3-10 yrs)
Base Locations: Lucknow (North-2:U.P.and Uttarakhand )
Role Summary
Leading Sales transformation (Distribution 2.0) for the entire region. Along with strategic planning, the candidate will be required to be active on the field along with the Sales team and Channel partners, leading the successful implementation of various Sales Transformation projects.
Reporting to: Head- Sales and Channel Excellence
Type of Role: Individual Contributor (Regional profile which involves influencing without authority) - Travel %: 60-70%
Ideal Profile
Academics: MBA from a top B-school
Experience: 3-10 years of experience in consumer sales and marketing with strong experience in Distributor/Dealer engagement, appointment and management
Prior experience in FMCG, FMCD, Electrical industry is strongly preferred
Strong on data analysis (command over excel, Power point, Power BI), should possess knowledge of Sales-IT tools such as SFA, DMS
Skill sets / competencies:
Result oriented, Hustler - Quick on action, assertive and collaborative with the Sales team
Ability to lead and manage a cross-functional team with efficiency & attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Job responsibilities:
GTM Strategy
Identify white spaces, Type of network, new distributor assessment and rollout, Improvement of ND, WD, Counter Share, Market Share
Oversee new distributor appointment, launch and monitor performance in initial ramp-up phase Assess ROI, Margin Structure, Distributor Purification - Split/Consolidation cases
Digital Automation
Be the POC for all Sales-IT initiatives
Channel Programs: Oversee the development and roll-out of key channel enablers including technology enablers (E.g. Managing DMS and SFA rollouts, Influencer Loyalty programs, Sales team contests through gamification etc.)
Sales Productivity Enhancement:
Use Sales Data Analytics to drive Sales Effectiveness on ground
Personally interact with channel partners to gather information on industry developments and to identify opportunities
Closely communicate with sales field force organization, frequent customer & retailer visits to measure the field's pulse
