Livelihoods Operations Manager - NGO

- Plan and lead effective & efficient management of all programs ensuring targeted enrollments, maintaining high training quality, ensuring final job placements and job retention tracking.

- Devise & propose strategies for effective alignment of existing programs, and design & propose new programs.

- Plan and lead Center identification and set up activities at the right place, within the agreed timeline and as per the agreed standards.

- Develop effective Monitoring & Evaluation tools

- Participate in the center-led Mobilization and Community-connect activities

- Participate in the center-led Placement and Employer-connect activities
