What are we looking for in the candidate :
- A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, comfortable in interacting with senior stakeholders and managing relationships
- Start-up mindset, high on ownership and hunger to hire best person for the role
- Strong online candidate sourcing skills
- Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
- Experience in closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms
- Experience in working with a diverse team and dynamic atmosphere
- Need to have process driven mindset and should have experience in working with hiring tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Min. 3 years of recruitment experience
- Post graduation in HR preferred
- Develop recruiting strategies as per the business requirements
- Create Job Descriptions in line with the business requirements.
- Identify the best mix of resources to source top tech talent using social media, job boards, advanced search techniques, referrals, and new age sourcing tools .
- Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, interviews, maintaining candidate communication and negotiations.
- Hiring for all the verticals across all the levels, primarily non-tech hiring
- Create SOPs for recruitment and set up all hiring process.
