Job Title : Product Manager

Job Description :

- Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products

- Works closely with the Engineering Team and also with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders

- Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes

- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

- Develops and executes product roadmap.

- Translates and prioritizes market opportunities, customer feedback, and internal business stakeholder insights into a prioritized product roadmap including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

- Prioritises and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholders' requirements.

- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment

- Should be from the technical background

- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience as a Product Manager in a Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) company

- Start-up experience is required, someone who built the products from scratch and has seen the product lifecycle end-to end

- Experience in the SAAS field

- Experience in development, and solution/architecture design is a plus.

- In-depth knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in international teams
