Position: Regional Head - For the preschool arm - Little Millennium
Base location: Delhi/NCR
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will be reporting to the President - Sales & Support
- Execute the franchisee growth acquisition strategy for the assigned region.
- Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Pre-school franchise
- Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audience and pitch our proposition.
- Ensure contractual compliance of all franchised units in the assigned region and work to ensure the profitability and revenue maximization of each franchise.
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives by ensuring centers are operationalized within the prescribed time limit as per organization guidelines
- Ensuring signups are as per profile prescribed by the organization keeping the brand guidelines in mind
- Should be able to generate leads through the existing customers with the relationship skills
- Act as a business consultant to the Franchisees, developing annual business and marketing plans and working with the Franchisees to track success and failure.
- Collect and Analyze financial data from the franchised units and provide feedback to both the Franchisee and the Head Office.
- Manage and improve the effectiveness as well as efficiency of the Support Services.
- Deploy effectively the grievance handling mechanisms
- Must be a leader by example; should be a role model for team members
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Good understanding of the preschool market
- Minimum 6 years of relevant franchisee expansion experience
- Successful track record in building franchisee business.
