Little Black Book - Manager - Finance - CA

Role : LBB is looking for a Head of Finance to enable effective capital utilization and set up growth oriented revenue operations

Key Responsibilities :

- Creating and implementing financial controls for effective budgeting, spend monitoring and revenue growth

- Working with founders to manage captial and fundraising

- Benchmarking growth against competitors and finding new revenue opportunities

- Streamlining sales and receivables collection operations to enable aggressive growth

- Working across business functions to allocate budgets and monitor ROI - particularly for customer acquisition and growth

- Ensuring compliances with appropriate regulatory & tax bodies

- Overseeing accounting and bookkeeping processes and optimizing them for effective sales and business operations

Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience as a CA

- Hands on or consulting experience with corporate finance

- Basic understanding of accounting practices

- Keen financial & business strategy acumen

- Excellent communication skills

- Prior experience in a media/ advertising company and/or a startup is a bonus
