Job Description

Position: Marketing Specialist :

Brief: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible to plan and initiate marketing campaigns for LitmusWorld products and generate sales opportunities. This includes collectively creating content for the website, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, social media posts, product collaterals and other brand touchpoints. This role will be instrumental in driving platform interest and brand positioning across the defined target audience. With a drive to deliver ROI on marketing campaigns through relevant content and channel mix, you will be play a key role in communicating our value proposition.

Responsibilities :

- Content marketing - Intelligent content campaigns for both new and existing leads through a designed process to ensure continuous interest via social media and email marketing

- Content collaboration - Work collectively with internal teams, influencers, to generate content for the official blog, whitepapers, case studies and product related content

- Website management - Managing the brand website architecture and content

- Website growth - Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing with webpage copy, landing pages, search campaigns to increase site traffic and goal conversion

- Lead Campaign management & monitoring - Channelize marketing campaigns to publish collaterals and generate interest from decision makers and influencers. Leverage web analytics data to understand conversions and ROI, while improving campaign performance

- Account based marketing - Ensure audience engagement across key account segments with relevant content for existing leads through a designed process to generate more revenue

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes ;

- Strong presentation and communication skills (Verbal & Non-verbal)

- Basic knowledge of enterprise SaaS businesses, cloud technology, customer experience domain

- Ability to continuously prioritize and stay nimble in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

- Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Account Based Marketing tools
