LitmusWorld is looking to hire a Client Partner to help grow the organization. LitmusWorld is a leading enterprise SaaS platform enabling businesses to drive customer and employee experience programmes at scale. Built on a proprietary M.A.I Measure, Act & Improve- framework, the platform delivers actionable insights in real-time across the stakeholder journey. This empowers clients to measure experience across business processes, act on issues immediately, and continuously improve by leveraging the analytics engine.

Over the last 5 years, 150+ global brands have leveraged LitmusWorld's platform to initiate conversations with over 37 million stakeholders on a monthly basis and provide visibility to over 45,000 dashboards users across the organizational hierarchy.


Position: Client Partner

Location: Delhi NCR

- Solution selling to CXO level enterprise stakeholders to acquire new accounts

- Accountable for revenue, collections and client happiness for allocated accounts

- Lead complex negotiation and commercial processes with clients

- Own annual targets and chalk out sales strategy to meet and exceed targets

Education & Experience:

- Frontline Enterprise sales experience of 3 - 5 years in India Market.

- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes preferred

- Go-getter with a proven record of quota achievement

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: 

- Client Presence and ability to control discussions

- Ability to formulate a strategy for client acquisition and growth

- Ability to work hard with a high level of responsiveness

- Good Networking Skills - ability to build deep relationships with clients

- Disciplined adherence to a sales process

- Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders in large clients

- Strong Closure Orientation

- Quick learner with strong ability to understand new Product and Client environment

- Strong conceptual business skills
