Litigation Lawyer - Law firm  Key Responsibilities:  1. Appearances before High Courts, Supreme Court, District Courts, Consumer Forums, Labour Courts and Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal etc.  2. Any experience in arbitration proceedings is a plus.  3. Drafting and vetting of plants, petitions, replies, suits, written statements, counter-affidavits, rejoinders, appeals and miscellaneous applications; filing of caveats; coordination with local counsel for outstation matters.  4. Well versed with civil & commercial laws; property law; consumer complaints  5. Experience in initiating, defending and managing litigation with an aim at solving cases.  6. Should be able to handle cases independently.  Requirements :  Knowledge :  a) Commercial laws and company laws  Skill :  a) Excellent Drafting Skills  b) Well versed with computers, especially typing speed  c) Excellent communication skills  d) Command over the English Language both verbal & written Talent  a) High on emotional maturity & self-belief  b) Resourceful  c) Decision-making ability  d) Highly Relationship Driven   e) High on people handling skills with the right attitude  f) Self-Starter  g) Leading and helping Associates as and when required
