Litigation Lawyer - Law Firm

My Client, a Full-service law firm in Mumbai is looking to hire Litigation Lawyer for its growing team.

Job Description:

- Drafting of pleadings, inter-alia, writ petitions, suits, applications, and claims, set-off and counter-claims, Special Leave Petitions etc

- Appearances in the Hon'ble High Court, Hon'ble City Civil Court, National Company Law Tribunal and the Debt and Recovery Tribunal

- Handling multiple arbitration proceedings from inception to enforcement of arbitral award/setting aside of an arbitral.

Requirement:

- Candidates should have experience in Civil & Commercial matters.

- Candidate should have worked on the original side matters
