Litigation Lawyer - Healthcare/Food & Drug

One of the Top Tier 1 Law firms in India is looking to hire a Litigation Lawyer for its growing team in Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

- Drafting and Vetting of Litigation related documents

- Drafting of Legal Notice/Default Notice/Replying to a legal notice received

- Must have experience in initiating/ defending/ managing litigation.

- Should have Expert Knowledge of CPC, Arbitration, and Conciliation Act, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Company Law, FEMA. Commercial and Consumer Laws

- Candidate should have experience in handling both Civil & Commercial, Criminal Matters.

If the person has experience in Healthcare, Food and Drug laws will added advantage.
